:)i raised them from a few days old (or helped to anyway) they’re precocial, so they just needed protection really and food. and a place to swim.then I watched them fly away *sigh*
I didn’t know you were back until I checked my feeds .I was worried about you since the last time you all were sick:(Your heart has been missed …..lots !welcome HOME with loveFatimah
HI Michele.I love that photo nice to see you blogging again I have missed youhope your holiday season is going well and you are doing fine.Love to you,Fatimah
i’m better now EVE! thank you for missing me with YOUR heart, lovely lady!marcus, I am proud of all the animals i’ve helped. proud of both of them and i for surviving. :)you’ve not seen anything till you’ve seen an animal (or human) struggle to live.
no, not a penguin this time. my experience with penguins was definitely less gentle. those birds are fierce!. this is an egyptian goose!!! his name was neo. ahem.
There are plenty of them here!! They’re everywhere. Luckily not a problem species though. This being the case most people don’t even bother to raise orphans. Usually they’re euthanased. But i volunteer whenever i hear of any. or friends phone and ask. they’ve the right to a chance. biological perspectives aside.
